Note that the below calculator only applies to transactions entered into on or after 1 July 2017. That is, the contract of sale was signed by both parties by this date. If one party signed prior to 1 July, with the other signing after 1 July then the contract is taken to have been entered into after 1 July. The calculator cannot be used to calculate an off-the-plan concession for eligible purchasers (click here for off-the-plan stamp duty concessions).
